Celebration for new latrine and well

We put a new well and latrines for these children at this school there was about 750 kids  in the school they had no safe drinking water and just a little 3 x 3 shack  for them to use as a bathroom the school was very excited to get these new  things from Latter Day Saints charities

After we delivered the chairsto the school they put on a big dance and ceremony to show us the appreciation for the things we had done for them

Vision projects checking for cataracts/ shopping/ community water stations dedications

The pictures above are of clinic that we had to check for cataracts to see if they could get the help they need from the vision doctor we are sending here from the US

These two next pictures I can't figure out how to get rid of them so I'm going to leave them on this blog has always been smarter than me I put them on the earlier post
This picture is where sister miles and the other senior missionary women go shopping on Saturday

These five photos are of some community water stations that we dedicated this week in five different communities we put these water stations andor we cannot get oh well and a truck the drinking water in and fill the tanks up the people have to learn to pay for the water that they drink so they will be able to refill the tank they are very appreciative of this drinking water many of them have to go for a half a mile to get water and packet back on their heads of course

Here we were turning over supplies to a small school with about 55 students the lady you see sister miles and I with his 95 years old and still running the school she needed us to help her with school desks and supplies she is a very intelligent woman and has a lot of stories to tell you about the war that was here
